Simudyne is a simulation technology company harnessing the power of agent-based modelling, AI and machine learning to help companies test drive their decisions and drive growth. I worked closely with the founder and key stakeholders to reposition the brand, product experience and sales collateral, helping them build client trust and engage their investor base.
Product design – Concept development
I worked closely with the senior stakeholders and engineering team to transform their platform from a bland, basic interface into a more intuitive but immersive experience, leaning into the future-tech aesthetic that is resonant in the overarching brand vision.
UI Concept screens
To deliver the desired aesthetic for the product I started concepting interfaces that that were more future-facing than intuitive, adding it layers of data that served to build the look and feel rather than refined usability. This lay the foundations to the overall UI as I developed the user experience for a simpler, more intuitive application.
Branding
The redesign of the product was an important milestone in Simudyne’s evolution to become the experts in Agent-based modelling – and the new UI design was a reflection of that intent. As the same time, the identity and brand positioning needed to align to the same vision. What transpired was a full-suite rebrand project to help set simudyne apart from their competitors
Logo Animation
A series of animated logos were developed to highlight the sense of movement. Each version represented a particular attribute of how the agent-based modelling process worked
Brand Guidelines
For any scaling business it is important to maintain how the identity it used across all brand and marketing collateral. It was essential to have this important resource as a digital asset so it could be reference easily by anyone on the team. View here
Live data rendered backgrounds
To create a deeper sense of data being at the heart of the business, I used live NASDAQ data and rendered it stylistically through 3D software to create a rich, immersive background.
