Product Design
Over-C is an AI-powered operational platform designed to help organisations manage risk, compliance and team productivity by turning real-time data and frontline insights into smarter, safer, more efficient work-spaces. I worked closely with the founder to help define the product experience across multiple touchpoints.
Incident monitoring dashboard
I designed the Incident Monitoring Dashboard, shaping both the user experience and visual language to align with Over-C’s mission of intelligent operational insight. The interface was built to adapt seamlessly across contexts, whether monitoring city-wide transport systems or managing on-site activity at a single venue, combining technical precision with an intuitive, human-centred design.
Event Timeline
I helped design several of Over-C’s core product innovations, including the Timeline feature, a continuously updating data layer that visualised operations over time. Depending on user preferences, it could display shift patterns, incidents, crowd density, and other key operational metrics.
Design System
I developed the design system from the ground up to support the platform’s need for dense, complex data visualisation. From iconography to responsive components, the system balances a technical aesthetic with an intuitive, user-centred experience.
